Juliette Wills
Journalist . Copywriter . Editor
I love magazines and I love football, so it was apt that my career as a writer began in 1994 on iconic football weekly 90 Minutes. In my first year I won IPC's 'Best Newcomer' award and after that there was no stopping me.
Four fabulous years later I ended up at loaded magazine covering football and Formula One, following the endlessly patient Damon Hill around Grand Prix circuits and even making an exhaust for his car. There followed
a football column in The Guardian Sport along with features for FourFourTwo and Goal before branching out into lifestyle/celebrity/music features for The Guardian Guide, Company, 19, Q, Marie Claire, Minx, Mixmag,
Melody Maker, Mail on Sunday and some other publications which didn't start with the letter 'm'. Maybe.
After being out of the loop for some time due to serious illness, I'm now back writing health features for
The Telegraph well as stuff about drones, business, fashion, property and interiors. And gardening. Honestly.
I also have a pretty self-explanatory blog: www.booksbakingbeauty.com
