Oh, almost forgot. During my time working for Loaded, Goal and The Guardian Sport I popped up in an ITV documentary about The Beckhams' move to Spain, as I inadvertently introduced them to each other many years ago (yet didn't get an invitation to the wedding despite my introduction skills being praised in both their autobiographies. The cheek of it!)
ITV also got me on 'Loose Women' to bang on about my book, The Spotter's Guide To The Male Species, and I have also talked to camera and into a microphone for the radio about football quite a bit for BBC Radio, Sky Sports and Channel Four.
I have also written, co-produced and presented short films for Done and Dusted. They’re one of the world's foremost independent producers of staged events, television, concert filming and branded content production and winner of many awards, no less. We covered the Euro 2000 football tournament, a strange musical festival in Budapest and another in Dublin. I can talk to a camera and walk at the same time. They even got me in a pod on the London Eye interviewing a young and slur-free Kerry Katona. If you can survive that, you can pretty much get through anything.
